Iré agregando mas Tips en este espacio:

Ip del Visitante
$Ip = $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];

Ip del Visitante si esta detras de un Proxy
$Ip = $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR'];

Isp del Visitante
$Isp = gethostbyaddr($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']);
